01 · Technical Advisory

02 · Delivery Recovery
Development keeps slipping, but the team is already overloaded
Deadlines are moving, costs are increasing, and it's difficult to understand what's actually preventing delivery. Before changing the team or adding more resources, we need to understand what's happening.

Initial findings on delivery risks and the most important issues to address.
Where deeper investigation is required, we agree on additional work needed to develop a more detailed recovery plan.
Recovery support
Depending on findings, I can continue as a Technical Advisor - reviewing decisions, priorities and risks with your team - or as an Embedded Technical Leader, working directly inside the engineering effort.
You can also implement the recommendations independently.
03 · Fractional & Interim CTO
You need a CTO, but not necessarily a permanent hire
Your company needs experienced technical leadership, but hiring a permanent CTO may not be the right decision yet. Or perhaps your existing CTO has left, and you need someone to cover the gap.

04 · Zero-to-One Delivery
You have a product idea, but no clear plan to build it
You know the business problem you want to solve, but you need to decide what to build first, how to build it, and what resources will be required.

- Prioritize features and plan realistic delivery.
- Design the architecture.
- Help select and lead a team or vendor.
Hands-on when needed
Depending on the scope, I can personally write code and build agreed features or integrations, work alongside your engineers, or direct and delegate implementation through your team or delivery partner - through to the first production release.
What you receive
A practical starting point for product development, with a clearer understanding of investment, technical approach, priorities and next steps.
If hands-on development is part of the agreement, the deliverables also include the specific working software components or features agreed in scope. Discovery and development are scoped according to the product's needs.
